PCB Schematic

I'm looking for a PCB schematic so that i can attempt to figure out what is wrong with our boards and try to fix them. The board (control module) is made by Label Systems Inc. It's from a labeler Model Number 3000 the board itself has the number 21000F (part # I believe), I also need to figure out how to power the board without putting it back into the labeler for test purposes, and how to go about testing each piece to see which piece is faulty.
