Phillips 22RC599 & ARC007

Hi all,
I have the above car radio cassette and cd disc player. I got a lead PC7-4401 to connect the two. However, the lead and the Cd both have male 8 pin plugs. In order to have a female/female adapter made up I need the pin-out details for both or to know that both ends are the same.
Can anyone help please.
