Hi

I've got a Philips HTS3100 home theatre system that's got a faulty power supply.

The internal 3.15A fuse blew but I think this was caused by something else on the board going pop!

The board model is AC8080LF and the Philips part number is 313924712511.

Three SMD resistors have burnt & I can't read the code on them - R15, R18 & R20. Also the pad for R20 has been blown off the board.

Due to this I probably need a new board so if anyone knows where I can get my hands on one it would be much appreciated.

Or if someone has the schematics or knows the value of these parts I can have a go at repairing the board.

Many thanks

Scotth

r15= 1k Ohm
r18=22 Ohm
r20=10k Ohm

Use google and search on AC8080LF
Some Polish sites have larger threads.
(Use google translate so you can read it a bit)

I forgot to tell you that the chance is big that R164 is also gone. That one is red-red-silver-gold and i thought that one is 0.22 Ohm

I have exactly the same problem here.. On the Polish sites there is more to find, even more components which can be defect.
