Toshiba Model 50AX60 I have sound no video

From the subject following some type of power outage the tv clicked off then back on with no video.

The unit did not come with a schematic and I was hoping someone could give me both some pointers and a source for the schematic.

I ran across a message someone put in awhile back about a fuse that could be causing this?
