Cannot adjust items in service mode

I have a Toshiba model 43h70 and recently replaced the STK392-110 IC's. The picture looks great now but the picture is too tall. When I enter the service mode, it won't allow me to adust some of the items (HPOS, VPOS, HIT, LIN, VSC, WID, PARA & HPHA to be specific). Is there something I am doing wrong or do I need to replace something else to fix this problem?
