hi everyone i have a 42 inch LG plasma t.v model 42PC5D in clicks on as you put plug into wall out let, the raster shows for about 30 seconds then goes blank no sound either ater anout another 30 seconds the set goes into stand by can anyone help please, carl

Remove the back and see if any caps tops have puffed up on the power supply.

sir i have experience in that case..you know what i found?? thers a loosed contact at the mainboard..so i must resoldered any contact that posible loose..especially to the power supply section..before you do that just discharge the main filter capacitor( the big one) to prevent electric shock!!goodluck:)
