Need service manual for Samsung TX-T2782 TV

Help -
My 18 month old Samsung TV model number TX-T2782 flat screen tv is now out of warrany with no help from Samsung, so I will try to repair it myself. It will work for maybe 1 second when the plug is removed from the wall socket, then re-plugged in and turned on, but then turns off right away and will not turn on again.

I am looking for the service technical /trouble shooting manual as the local repair service is asking $60 just to diagnose the problem
