Sharp CA1 chas (37et-35s and a 37dm-23s)

My problem is, that from both TV's the scart is not working.
Sometimes its SNOW and sometimes its blue.
It doesnt matter if a dvd player or other device is connected
there is no sound and no picture.
i think somthing like the video switch but i dont for sure and i have NO picture or manual/schemetic from it.

I have a technical/electric background so i am know with the danger of high volt in the TV

i have repaired the both tv's
It cost some of my time but i have reconnect all of the components.
So i dont know what was loss or not well connected but both of the tv's are back in busni.
