Hello. Im looking for some help. I have a Philips 29PT9416 TV that wont switch on and remains in standby mode( once mains switch is switched on the red led turns orange then after 10 seconds goes back to red). Having searched the internet for possible solutions I found that T5402 had possible dry joint (didnt appear to be fully dry). I resoldered the joints and checked the rest of the power pcb for other visible issues, but the fault condition remains the same. Any ideas were i should be looking next. Many thanks in advance.
