Just been asked to look at one of these. The screen says toner not set properly. Toner cartridges are set correctly. Seems that the sensors are not recognising the toner cartridges. Any one got any experience / answers please.... Sad

Have you removed the cartridge, and cleaned contacts with cotton/alchohol?
