I want to change the chip painter position 7064 (micro) of a chassis philips A10e
I need information.
do I have to configure the chip? or is it to remove the old one and to put the new one?

When you replace the painter IC on the SSB panel you're going to need to put in all of the service adjustments specific to your television. If your set is working enough that you can get into the service mode I'd advise you to go through all of the setup menus (Geometry, Tuner, etc) and take down ALL of the setting values on a piece of paper. Then, once you've replaced the painter IC, put all of those setting back in.

If the fault on your television doesn't allow you to do this, then you need to find yourself a working set of the same model and take down the information from there instead.

Oh just one more tip. When you replace the painter IC, the set does some kind of initialisation the first time you switch it back on. DO NOT INTERRUPT THIS PROCESS. The set will take a few seconds to display the picture, don't turn it off at the mains until this happens.
