CTX VL700 not quite bright enough

Hi guys,
I have a VL700 monitor, it works fine. But the picture is not quite as bright as it should be. I've taken the back off but I cant see any obvious POTs to twidle.
Any one got any suggestions?

as this happened over period of time or suddenly if it as happened gradually then the tube is worn down monitors get a lot of use most modern monitors are controlled by the front controls and have no internal presets try the front controls and turn up the g r b
