as replacing stu407

I have to change the IC STU407D.
In Argentina there.
Instead I put a P-channel MOSFET and one n-channel and I do not work, anyone know why?
I have done to replace other IC as the AP4511 and went perfect

Should be close but perhaps your replacement transistor specs are not close enough or may have additional problem elsewhere? When substituting, Pay particular attention to Rds, Vgs and Tr on/off.
Also the two drains are tied within the STU407D
