Thomson TV problem (chassis no. tx80)

Hi,

I've a 14" Thomson TV (model: 36ML01 FE, chassis: tx80) with the following problem:

- Standby LED on;
- loud buzzing sound from set;
- no raster (no picture), no sound.

Any idea what could be wrong?

By the way, anyone else got other suggestions or experience with this set?

Besides suspecting vert. IC problem, I'm thinking it could relate to HV section as there's no raster or startup signs at all??
