Q4 is a 16
Q5 is a 26

talkingelectronics.com/projects/SurfaceMount/SurfaceMount-P1

Note that Q4 also has a 22 marker on it turned 90°, smaller print but Q5 has 26 in both places.

From that website, it would ID as
Q4 = DTA114EKA, or DTA123EKA
Q5 = DTC144EKA

These devices are part of the DIM and SLP (Enable) input conditioning to the OZ960SN.

The SLP line seems to be a TTL input value (0-5V) While the DIM is a linear voltage sent by the other board to value the brightness setting and hence the PWM of the inverter CCFL lamp driver.
