I see in the panasonic TV schematic the output of tuner as follow, what is the meaning of each code mean?

BU BT BH AGC BL AFC BM IF

I assume "IF" mean Immediate Frequency, what is the mean of the rest?

BU IS UHF SUPPLY, BH IS VHF HIGH SUPPLY, BL IS VHF LOW SUPPLY, BT IS TUNING VOLTAGE, BM IS OVERALL SUPPLY, AGC IS AUTOMATIC GAIN CONTROL, AFC IS AUTO FINE TUNE, ONLY ONE OF BU BL OR BH WILL BE PRESENT AT ANYONE TIME 12V IS THE USUAL, TUNING VOLTS WILL BE BETWEEN 0 & 33V DEPENDENT ON FREQUENCY FOR NON PLL TUNERS, AGC & AFC WILL VARY DEPENDENT ON SIGNAL, BM IS USUALLY 12V.

Right now I have tuning problem and the picture is very snowy, should I suspect the input voltage to BT & BM? The TV cannot auto tune and even for manu tune, the reception is not good.
