I have problem with my Viewsonic N4060W. The power went on and steady but no picture. The light on the screen is a little whiter. I don't hear sound either except for a very soft crack sound when you turn on. The remote and the buttons on the tv doesn't respond except the power on button. I replaced the back light and some caps that popped in the secondary power supply board , but still the same. Please help.
