Schematic or service manual for Philips L7.2EAA Chassis.

I need a schematic or service manual for a Philips TV, Model:21PT1663/01 Chassis: L7.2EAA.

Or does anyone know what could be wrong with it?
Fault:
The red LED in the front lits up but the TV won't start up. I guess it stay's in stand-by.

HI THERE,THIS COULD BE A BIT OF A SILLY QUESTION BUT HAVE YOU TRYED STARTING THE SET UP WITH THE REMOTE CONTROLOR IF YOU PRESS CHANNEL UP ON THE TV THIS WILL START IT UP,IF IT DOES NOT START THEN YOU HAVE A REAL FAULT,REGARDS MARIO.
