Pioneer SA-940 Problem!

Hey! I have a Pioneer SA-940 and can't get it to start. No lights or sound from speakers (But, the power supplies on the back is working when I'm for example plug in a CD-Player). Any ideas of how I can fix this?

Measure the outputs for short circuits, and measure the transformer for an open circuit.

I measured the transformer, and it didn't show power on the right side (12v )
