Sony-KV-2135M3 Bad picture Display

Hello,

I have 3 problems in a Sony Tv Mode: KV-2135M3

1: Bad picture Display I can see a picture but on the top on the screen, there are about 6 strings which are interfering with the original display, 6 white strings.

2: Not accepting commands from the Remote Control. (I changed the sensor in the TV still no response)

3: The video screen does not show at all, when i press the AV/TV button on the TV, it only display on/off the number of the channel.

Any help , would be much appreciated
