aiwa jax-v3 hifi system power supply problem

hello,
in aiwa jax-v3 hifi system when i connect the cord the standby LED glows, but when i press any front panel button the led turn off and sys doesn't work. After that when everytime i press any button on remote the standyby LED blinks.
the sys doesn't work atall.
the OEG SDT-S-109LMR (Power PCB Relay) tick (switchs) after connecting cord. after pressing any button on front panel it again tick(switchs).
help me out
