Resume light blinks - HP Deskjet 9650

I have a HP Deskjet 9650 which has a constantly blinking resume light. When I press it, it just pulls sheet after sheet with no printing. Does anyone have a service manual for this printer?

There isn't a print jam or a job pending to print. This printer isn't attached to a PC. Once it prints a self test page, the resume light button starts blinking. Pressing the button, feeds a blank sheet, and the button continues to blink. The only way to stop the light from blinking is to pull the power. Only get one print job, then I have to pull the power.

It's been in for service before for this same issue. Is there a service manual available for this model? I don't need the user's guide, as I've already worked through the troubleshooting and lights section.

The HP 1220C will not print if the cover is open.

I know this is an old thread, but I found it while looking for my problem.
The cover is small and doesn't offer much protection, the print heads move when the cover is open, so the no print with cover open may not be obivous.
