Philips PTV915 Model 60P8341A Picture Problem

After a T-Storm power outage, the TV came back on with a fuzzy picture. The top and bottom of the screen are now a little wavy instead of straight. Any type, words or print are now kinda double vision. I have noticed a Green and Red halo also. I am assuming the Blue Bulb is bad from past experience, but it is lit up. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I live in the Orlando area.
