Dark blurry picture from my Zenith pb4663mk television

My Zenith televison has a dark blurry picture and any writing on the screen is difficult to read. Its very hard to see the picture at all in the daylight. In total darkness the picture can be seen, but its still blurry. Where would be a good place to start and what do I do. I am quite handy with electronics,but have not worked on many tv's before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, but Im not looking to buy one of the new flat screen problematic tv's, I would rather fix this one.

There's a resistor on the crt boards that open causing a blurry picture. I don't remember the location.
