Hi,
I have a spectrophotometer and the halogen light in it goes on briefly when it is cold, then turns off. The leads from the power supply board are not putting out voltage. I replaced this circuit board and the problem has not been resolved. I was going to start looking at the other boards but was wondering what type of component failure is likely to work when cold, but then fail once warm?
I have schematics etc., but am an amateur (hobbyist) at these types of repairs.
TIA
