Service Manual for Sony Laptop PCG-GRT280ZG

Is there a free service manual online for a Sony Laptop PCG-GRT280ZG?
(Other models such as PCG-GRT240G, PCG-GRT260G or PCG-GRT360ZG would be OK instead.)

I need to disassemble it to get to the 5 buttons for the Gigapocket/Volume controls that are located just below the left and right mouse buttons for the touchpad. I need the most help in disassembling this area, because it appears that the flexible circuit board is not fully seated in the white plastic connector on the hard circuit board.
