Service manual for subwoofer velodyne CHT12R or DLS 4000R

DOES ANYONE HAVE A SERVICE MANUAL FOR A SUBWOOFER VELODYNE cht 12r OR dls 4000R

I used to deal with Velodyne in the US. Chances of finding service or parts for the average consumer was next to impossible. It was always easier and much more efficient to take out the amp and send it to them as they would do the repairs/mods etc. Always had good luck with them as one of the better service organizations.
...Not sure how it would work from overseas though?

Thank you for the answer. I think to change the amp, it probably be easier because in France nobody want repair my subwoofer
