Pioneer VSX-55TXI

Hi All

Here's another one:

VSX-55TXI:

-15V regulator was bad. Replaced. Now power relay energizes when powered on. Nothing else. (no display, speaker relay, etc.)

Supply voltages at first glance seem to be OK.

I have the schematic. Any ideas or suggestions welcome.
