Philips/Magnavox Convergence

I have a 1997 Philips/Magnavox model 7p5451c101 chassis ptv780 that was stored in garage that needed coolant changed.

Now the problem is i went to turn it on to see it is still worked from sitting and the convergence it a total wreck. This TV doesn't have STK chips it has a full digital convergence board.

It looks nothing like a TV with blown or removed STK chips. It has two black open horizontal line that are really wide open on one end and closed almost on other end. Each time you plug in TV the convergence is always different.
