Philips 32PW8504/12 MG2.1E shassis, missing red colour!

When problem ocure, TV start with red screen and goes to s-by after 5 seconds (error 074, beam current), in service mode.Now when TV start need much time to picture appear, and picture is blu-green colored (red colour missing).

problem is bad picture tube.

When tv is working you can check it to hit with a screw driver at the neck of the tube.You will see red spots are red flyback lines.

Solution for this kind of problem, or what I can do to get back the missing red colour?

The solution is to purchase another television. As the other poster stated, you probably have a defective picture tube, which would cost more than another set.
