I have a Samsung tv model LE40S62B that takes about 5-7 minutes to start. When it has started everything is ok. Does anyone have a solution for this?

If it's anything like it's American counter part, look for bulged 1000 and 2200 microfarad caps on the power supply. |

2 22oo uf/10v was bulged, changed them and it works perfect now
