i checked the diodes with a multi meter on diode setting and they read good , now as far as the little mini ones that are very small i checked most and they are ok , starting to thing its a transistor on a heat sink but don't have a transistor checker

First of all, as my signature states: "Since you're over there and I'm over here," we have a basic problem. We have a communication issue, unless you start using the nomenclature that is silk-screened on the PCB you have in front of you, we are not going to get very far.
As the parts list of diodes shows there are many, many types of diodes used in many, many locations throughout the set.

Does that meter have a DC voltage setting and can you take specific instructions? (For example: Measure the dc voltage across C507 and post)

C507 has 155 volts across it, i will recheck this cap to make sure its ok , after checking around the board and then creating this post i started to think it was beyond a cap or resistor or diode , perhaps that transistor on the heat sink Q502 , i will recheck the electrolytic.

It tests good but to be sure i replaced it with a 470uf at 250 volts and still nothing

It's OK checking the rectified mains voltage... but what about the start up voltage for the switch-mode controller.

Before anything happens there needs to be the rectified mains AND the supply voltage for the power controller chip.

Your best bet is to get a schematic and do things logically rather than guess, are you sure it's dead and not just shut down because of a s/c line stage?

Remember:
Its the volts that jolt and the mill's that kill
