SONY trinitron XBR PIP

[size=18]I accidentally turned on the PIP (picture in picture) on our TV (Sony Trinitron XBR ) and cannot find the way to get to normal viewing again. [color=indigo]. Can anyone help? I cannot locate the manual.[/b][/size][/color]

See if you can download the operating instructions from Sony at this link but the model number would be required.

i got a sony trinitron xbr 40" full screen tv,it wont open,you can hear it click when you push the button and also the standby light blick but still wont open..
