vertical line in 46"toshiba regza lcd

I have 46"toshiba lcd tv. problem is vertical line starting to show up in top of screen moving downward. appreciate help.6186

Either you believe that Toshiba only made the one set (or worse yet, believe they are ALL the same), or you need to turn that sucker around and report some numbers.
