Service Manual for Toshiba Projection TV

Can anyone tell me how to download a manual for the Toshiba 43H70 so I can get into the service menu?

The tough part is to find an authorized servicer of Toshiba that is willing to "give" you a download for something that they had to "pay out the nose for". Don't mean to be a smart a__, but we looked into acquiring their current manuals and they wanted $250.00 minimum, besides having to sign an international contract. I wouldn't be too anxious in supplying them for free under those conditions.
