Tv comes on CCFL's come on than shuts down amber flashing light on power button. Other times comes on and stays on for a few minutes, noticed that there are vertical lines on screen.

i had recently bought dell lcd and it does not works well and i want to repair it...please have any idea from where can i repair it.
