rca 52 inch hd tv power issues

rca d52w19 wont turn on green light flashes once and goes out.we just had this tv fixed 2 years ago when the power light would flash 3 times and go out. the repair man replaced 3 circuits or something but now it just flashes once and goes out. any ideas of what it is and could i fix it myself. thanks

have you had the back off yet if so what does it look like any bad caps a burnt resistor,.carl

no everything looked fine and i replaced the whole left board but then the green light would blink like nine times when i tryed to turn the tv on.

you may need to check on line about the blinking light it has to say something about where your problem is i never had your problem so sorry, carl

Check zl251 zl221 fuses by the flyback. See if there open.
