RCA lcd tv K260T2 main board replacement

Hello to all. I've just arrived here with today's problem from Africa.
I need to replace the main board (part number NUSTC_MTK 8201G_V03_MP) of a K260T2 lcd tv with a replacement board that a friend brought from China today, part number HX MST6M16JS-D V19 HO_XI.
These boards are almost completely different so I would appreciate any help with wiring diagrams, schematics or suggestions.
The new board came with it's remote control and ir sensor.
