Philips 28PW6515 picture problem

Hi all,
I have a problem with my philips TV; the picture isn't clear for a few minutes and then suddely gets OK. I made a few photos for better understanding my problem:
Before:

After a few minutes:

I found by searching on the internet that there were dry joints on the LOPTx but that is not the problem.
