I need help desperatley as NEC don't feel the need to provide it. 
I recently purchased the NEC PXT42S11S 42" plasma, hooked it all up and then turned it on. All I got was a white screen with "Heat Run" in red letters in the top left hand corner which disappeared to leave me with a blank white screen. No matter which buttons I press, I still just have the white screen and a slight buzzing noise. Anyone know what this is as I'm at my wits end with NEC Customer so called Support. Thanks in advance.  |

Hi,
Sounds like the LVDS cable from the mainboard to the panel has come disconected might have been vibration during transport.
