NEC PlasmaSync 61 MP1 power issues

Product=NEC PlasmaSync 61MP1. Had 3 min power outage while watching TV. When power restored TV did not come back on and power indicator light flashes green/red. Did 120 v power reset via cct. breaker but still flashing. Might be main power board! Any ideas?

Power board is where I would look first. Check all fuses, make sure none of the caps have blown or leaking. Look for damage to the board as well, could have popped a resistor, I've done that a time or two.
