Toshiba CZ35v51 problem.

I have a problem with my Toshiba 35 inch tv.

Here is the problem. when I turn on the tv after a long shut down it is ok but when it warms up there is a problem with side pin cushion.. the side are bent this way ) ( .. I entered service mode using mute.. hold mute menu menu.... I change the WID setting but nothing happen it does not even resize the screen.. I can go from 0 to FF without any noticable change...

I suspect the horizontal driver being defective... it does not drive enough when it is hot... but I can't figure out why my WID setting is not changing the size of the screen. EEPROM problem?
