I have a hitachi 60sbx72b with a power problem. When I plug in the the power cord 3 green LED do not light up.

+5V(green LED )
+9V(green LED ) and
+B 120V(green LED ).

Then when I push the power button in the front to turn on the tv all the LED turn off and the red LED blinks.

What is wrong?
What is a reasonable repair price?

I have the same issues. In my case Green LED D940 doesn't come on when plugged in. After searching the net and manual I'm changing some parts i.e: E994, D929 etc. Hope fully it will work. I ordered the parts from www.partstore.com.
