NEC PXT-42S11S " Heat Run" ?

I need help desperatley as NEC don't feel the need to provide it.

I recently purchased the NEC PXT42S11S 42" plasma, hooked it all up and then turned it on. All I got was a white screen with "Heat Run" in red letters in the top left hand corner which disappeared to leave me with a blank white screen. No matter which buttons I press, I still just have the white screen and a slight buzzing noise. Anyone know what this is as I'm at my wits end with NEC Customer so called Support. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Sounds like the LVDS cable from the mainboard to the panel has come disconected might have been vibration during transport.
