| I purchased a remote unit to sony mini hifi (made in china), when tested with the detector ... everything was ok, but when to use the mini hifi .. it does not work ... ... MHC-VX333 model, can anyone help solve this problem. t,q |

"Detectors" only show the presence of IR (InfraRed) - NOT confirmation of the "Brand"/"button" pressed.
IF ("made in China") looks the SAME as the one that is shown in the Owner's & Service manuals, I would be very surprised.
Correct remote (according to SM is 1-476-501-11 REMOTE COMMANDER, STANDARD (RM-SV210)).
