Hyundai HM19D(uk) TV/Monitor information

I have a BlueH TV/Monitor (Hyundai HM19D UK) which will not tune on the digital channels. It begins and says 3 minutes remaining but stays like that for hours. I have tried ALL methods of tuning but it just refuses. I have been trying to locate some service information or key combination to do a factory re-set. (powering off and leaving has no-effect). Any clues on this set/chassis would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Nige.
