Detailed schematic diagram of 650va UPS

hi..

where could i find a detailed info/schematic diagram about 650va UPS.
kindly post it upon replying..or if anyone knows what part of the UPS that controls the charging of the battery.because my problem is that, the charger
charges at 9 point something only..and i have a 12v battery.
