Sanyo 35" TV

This is the second Sanyo model DS35520 I've owned. First one, had for a month, wouldn't turn on again and made a high pitched noise and was replaced for free. New TV--SAME PROBLEM-- (it's about 2 years old now waranty expired last year) Cut out in the middle of watching TV, won't turn back on and same high pitched noise....Any help would be great...Thanks.

Check the Horizontal Output and IHVT.
