Replacement DVD player lens / assembly

I need to replace a KHM-310AHC in a portable DVD player. I found that the KHM-310AAA is cheaper. It has different plastic shielding and appears to have the same dimensions but does anybody know if everything else is the same? Does it have the same interfaces and use the same voltage levels?

Anywhere I can find out? There seem to be a lot of manufacturers but the specifications are hard to find.
