i need help my ganzklar lcd tv model TS-719BMD haas no sound even in video mode still no sound what could be the cause of that, and can that be fixed where shoud i star trouble shooting, the speakers are ok

turning off the mute, i have change TDA7266 amp, still no sounds, what could be the problem of my tv
